Lilia by Trutz Hardo

LiliaLilia is the second volume of Trutz Hardo's spiritual-historical Seven-Colour novel.

In the book, the reader continues participating in the turbulent and troubled postwar fate of the 'historical' poet Molar, whose heart draws him to Munich and his beloved Maria, while his wife Lilia, who wishes at all costs to remain with Molar, stays in Meersburg looking after his children. Maria's past in the Third Reich is shown in retrospect (she is half Jewish), including her unsuccessful attempt at escaping to Switzerland together with her Jewish father. Several chapters are devoted to the dramatic events surrounding Lilia's flight from East Prussia.

As in the other parts of the novel, the spirit author guides the reader to an enlarged view of men and their destinies which includes their spiritual backgrounds, introducing or rather ininitiating the reader into forever deepening, higher levels of knowledge and understanding.
